Our house rules are just simple good common sense.

No Pets Off a Leash on the grounds.
Pet owner must Stoop and Scoop.

No Smoking Indoors

Repairs/Damage
Make sure you report any problems with the cottage directly to the owners. No damage deposit is taken so please treat our accommodation as you would your own home.

Please leave the cottage in the same clean condition
as you found it on your arrival.

Water Safety
There are some rocks and clams in the lake.
We suggest the use of water shoes for your safety.

It is easy to be responsible.
